Administrative Support Professional

Location: Barre, VT

Position Status: Immediately / Part-time, temporary

Under the responsibility of the Director of Manufacturing Operations, the candidate must be a self starter to tracking inventory movement and performing various administrative tasks to support management processes.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as a point of contact corporate or off-site requests
  • Managing purchase orders and accounts receivables
  • Tracking inventory movement
  • Performing various administrative tasks
  • Facilitate cycle counting of finished goods

The ideal candidate would be one of the following:

You must be autonomous, open-minded, respect confidentiality, and demonstrate strong organizational skills and responsibility. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with strong communication and writing skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Intermediate level with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
