Position Summary

Our busy granite production facility in Barre, VT is seeking a new team player to join our administrative team to support those working in our production and shipping departments.

Job Type: Full-time/ compensation equal to experience (starting from $22 per hour).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities other duties may be assigned

•Proofing and distributing production tickets
•Calculating, recording, and tracking plant production data
•Creating Bill of Lading/Packing Slips for transfer/sales of finished items
•Assisting financial department with month/year end inventory quantities and values
•Invoicing direct sales as needed
•Cross-training to gain experience in team tasks

Education and/or Experience

This position requires a minimum of three years office experience with a preferred emphasis on production, inventory and/or logistics.

Work Environment/Physical Demands

To perform this job successfully, a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Excel is required.

•Flexibilityto work overtime, as needed, particularly during monthly and year-end closings.
•Organized, and detail-oriented; able to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
•Independent judgment is necessary to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.
•Ability to learn, follow and offer insights for improvement to established office procedures.
